Therapy Sessions finds the pop star confronting his demons and chronicle his ongoing struggle with mental health. “Brave” is especially addicting, an effervescence splashes up like a gentle summer mist.
“I can be brave / For all those days that I’m losing my way,” he shouts into the unknown. “I need a voice inside that’s gonna say, ‘Be brave.’” Production sticks like bubblegum, and Archuleta’s voice remains a heavenly siren calling through the static, light, smooth, and inviting.
