Mikey Ferrari’s “Spaceboy” is like a black ‘n white motion picture. Its grittiness erupts from the core, and Ferrari seems mangled within its branches. It’s cosmic, yet totally earthbound.
“Look what you made me do,” he heaves. “They said, ‘Strange boy, wash your mouth out’ / ‘You’ll never be a man, never move out’.” Rage boils below the tar-black surface, just enough aroma to pull you in.
