Leave it to Bad Flamingo to serve up unexpectation. “Good for Nothing” feels ripped out of their trusty stylistic handbook (of witchy, almost unearthly folk/rock/country), but there’s something unsettling quaking in the off-kilter guitar chords and the vocals that are equally tantalizing as they are beguiling. “I ain’t good for nothing,” the duo lets slip, as the world seems to twist and distort around them. It’s a weird one, indeed.
