“I’d hate to be you ‘cause I’ll get over it / But you have to live with the hell you put me through,” she sings. It’s a refreshing flip on the typical breakup, as she confesses the sting has long left her skin. “I hope he hears this song,” she says in the song’s brief outro. It’s a true, good-for-her moment.
