Dead Method – “Cry About U”

Pangs of grief tear through his chest. “I left you roses beside the stone / I prayed that you would make your own way home,” sings Dead Method. Death courses in his veins, as he comes to terms with the unimaginable loss in his own way. And that way is dressing up such dark lyrics with diamond synths and blinding production (courtesy of Edward Russell). In hitting the dance floor, Dead Method somehow manages to cope and work through his pain. He might never be totally healed (you never really are as far as grief is concerned), but he can at least dance it out until the end of time.
